The fight that lead to the tragic death of US citizen Shanquella Robinson has shocked people around the world. One arrest warrant has been issued for the woman seen in the video assaulting Robinson. But, will there be any other arrest made in this case? If so, who all do we feel should be arrested in connection to the fight that lead to the death of Shanquella Robinson?

I was a police for 35 years. Filming a fight was not the crime, but concealing a crime after the fact put them as accessory to the crime. When they lied and said it was alcohol and they knew it was not, that is where they went wrong.

I live in NC. What is being said is this, the guy who recorded it was her “best friend” and the reason she went on the trip. HE was friends with the others, they went to school together, but Shanquella was not actively friends with them. Nazeer Wiggins LIED, he was on FT with Wenter Donovan while Daejahanae fought her. There is a full tape which shows Wenter Donovan AND the other girl flight Shanquella AFTER the first girl. Wenter slammed her on her neck. They lied to her mama, but when they sent that video to a friend in NC, she didn’t think it was funny and sent it to Shanquella’s sister and that’s how it got out. I say lock ALL of them up, because they all had a hand in what happened to her. Then they tried to cover it up by sitting in her mama living room and lying to that lady face. Grief has its own process for all of us for sure, time has nothing to do with it, and in this case the mother is focused primarily on justice , the mourning , though I’m sure it’s taking place now, but the weight and release will begin to happen when her daughter has been done justice.

There’s reason to believe there was a conspiracy to harm her which makes them accessories & after harming her she was still alive, there was a medical professional on the scene and the group denied her adequate medical attention because they lied and said she was drunk! Not only that, they moved that girls body to cover up what happened after denying her medical attention.

If Shanquella had a real friend on that trip, she’d likely still be alive. A real friend would’ve stepped in & broke up the fight or may have even tried to talk Dj out of it. I had 2 friends willingly get into a fight in the middle of a parking lot early one morning & I was 19 @ the time, cell phones were out & popular, but it never occurred to me to pull out a phone, record, encourage & watch them. I jumped in & tried to break them up, got popped in the face, but helped get them apart…particularly the aggressor, so this fight…no, ambush on Shanquella is so unacceptable & for so called men to be present, watching is insane. SMH. I hope everyone involved serves time in MX & her parents & loved ones can have some sort of peace of mind knowing some level of justice was served.

Let's not even get into mom. She is in fight mode right now. Not everyone is emotional in public. I'm sure after the news of the death, there were tears and screams, and after that autopsy, there were fighting words. My dad died in front of my sis. I'm still crying 2 yrs later and she shed her tears that one day. I'm sure she loved him just as much as I did, but we built different.

I say this respectfully: The mother was lied to by her daughter’s “friends” and possibly grieved for what she thought happened. After learning the truth, I don’t think I would be able to grieve for my child properly until I knew how she died and that the people responsible were held accountable. I can only imagine the tears she shed from the fake stories she was told. Her daughter was vulnerable by these group of people….Think about being vulnerable and consoled by the people who watched your daughter die. I wouldn’t shed another tear until I was able to get justice for my child.

Shanquella probably gifted birthday boy a villa to fill with people of his choosing. He chose hood rats with underlying animosity towards shanquella and they lost it! She shined too bright, so they sniffed out her life. You see this cattiness and barbaric bullying everywhere (teams, school cliques, bachelorette parties, reunions, baby showers, housewives outings). That’s why everyone relates to this story.

I was just thinking about Housewives in regards to this situation too. Especially in the current season of Real Housewives of Potomac where Mia tries to assault Wendy because Mia was in Wendy's business about Peter Thomas and because she doesn't know how to use her words she tried to attack her. The fact that only one person right after the incident even called Mia's behavior out reminds me of this situation. The Cabo 6 probably thought "oh we're going to teach Shanquella lesson and it's justified what we're doing". The same way some of the women on Potomac tried to justify Mia's behavior the only difference is Mia didn't get to put her hands on Wendy because of security. But no one knows how far Mia could have taken it had it not been for security. The Shanquella case is one of the reasons I think this is my last season watching any of the Housewives shows because the mean girl behavior and ganging up on 1 or 2 girls can lead to dangerous situations and it's getting tired to see women my mom's age behave like this.

I'm not a lawyer but I am a Master student criminal justice major. My personal opinion is that no, it's not a crime to watch a fight. It could have easily went the other way where Shanquella could have whooped her arse. But the criminal act was not calling for help for her, and not reporting the death. That makes you an accessory. So I feel murder is not an appropriate charge, but manslaughter would be more appropriate. I also feel that those that did not get help and knew she was dying/ severely hurt should be charged as an accessory. We have all been in a position where we watched a fight, or yelled "one on one". So no they should not be charged with anything other than not getting her help if they didn't, and lying and covering it up. Great job Funky, for not even watching the video. Rest in Heavenly Peace to the young lady. My mother always told me you will have very few friends in this life, everyone else is an associate. I have a very small circle, and this is partly why.
