I’m always so impressed with how many new releases Nick watches every year. I know attending film festivals helps but that is unmatched dedication right there.

Thank you for including Bad Vegan on this list. I watched that months ago when it first came out, and I'm still mad. I love documentaries and docuseries, and I just felt duped after watching it.
I felt like the woman who it was about was so naive and stupid. She really should have known better. Maybe being a vegan effected her mind and brain!!!

My problem trying to make a list is that I tend to try and forget bad movies unless they're especially bad or there is something interesting about it like if I really wanted to like it going in or something funny happens.
Often if a movie doesn't interest me in the first 10-15 minutes or a show by the first episode, I will ditch it.
I'm happy I have watched every review on the list except 3! Thanks for entertaining and educating us this year. I recently found your channel and it brings me so much laughter. I really appreciate the effort that goes into making so many reviews!

I streamed Jeepers Creepers Reborn for $.99 and wanted my money back. Thats NOT a joke. It was so bad i was floored. I sat there with my mouth open cause i couldnt believe it was even released. Just why?

I saw over 200 movies in theaters this year and I haven't even heard of 13 of these.....that's boggles my mind. And I didn't even mind The Greatest Beer Run Ever. Running the Bases, Unfavorable Odds, Block Party, Tyson's Run, Bromates, Superspreader, and After Ever Happy are my worst along with Jeeper Creepers Reborn and Don't Look at the Demon.
Jeepers Creepers Reborn is one of the worst movies ever period.

Ughhhhhh! Major groan. Yes, chile, yaaaaas! I so feel your pain on 'Jeepers Creepers.' You know, the very first scene of 'Creepers No. 1' was SOLID. I found it gripping, I was spellbound and thoroughly engaged. It was a great introduction to the antagonist. If only they could have maintained that quality and built upon it but it went downhill from there. And fell lower and lower with each sequel. I think there's so much that can be done with Creeper, in the right hands, with a skillful director, inspired screenplay and a carefully selected cast. Creeper has the potential to be iconic like Freddy in the first 'Nightmare' movie. It's an authentically scary monster but it keeps getting maligned in these mediocre projects. The scare factor is being deflated with each occurrence. So frustrating.
Joseph, can I ask where you're from? Your vocal affectations and mannerisms are so familiar to me. You have me laughing aloud all the time. Did you grow up anywhere in and around New England?
according to my very quick research, "requin" in British English is another name for Requiem shark: "any shark of the family Carcharhinidae, occurring mostly in tropical seas and characterized by a nictitating membrane and a heterocercal tail. The family includes the tiger shark and the soupfin"
but I'd imagine this was more research than the filmmakers did

PS - alone together was slow at points and her and Luke were trash together AND she needs some coffee, concealer, and a brush for most of the film (but maybe we all looked like that in 2020 😷) STILL... i like her and her costar together in the end. It's a good "go for what makes your heart sing" film.
