You are so right about everything you said. When I first started I was super excited. Now that I am 16 months on T. I’m like 😂 wow.....I’m over a year....cool lol and I thought I would be soooo freaking excited when I hit that one year.
Seeing your first video compared to now, the changes are definitely evident. I obviously have seen the changes little by little over the course of the year but to see the side by side, it’s like WHOA! So happy for you!! I know there have been ups and downs but I’m glad that, overall, things are going well. 💜
I’m nearly a year on t and feel the same way. You’re not staring at yourself all day everyday, so you just live life, take a photo every now and then, and go “woah!” - but still it’s never quite as fulfilling as you’d thought it’d be. You learn to take T for granted.
people online really make it seem different from reality. I love Chella Man, but he developed into a big good looking guy within just a few months, and it sort of glorified the experience. I thought I’d look like a man by 4 months with a great moustache and muscles. Reality was I had to dye my stache hairs because they were so light, and I was riddled with acne. The negatives are rarely spoken of, like i developed serious prickly heat whenever I exercised so I now have to take daily antihistamines, I got awfulllll acne for a few months, my backne is still very much present, my periods have only just stopped 10 months along (I hope) and I still get some cramps, I think it elevated my OCD, I get more jealous and frustrated, bottom growth made packing more uncomfortable, and some shots make me ache in pain for days.
T is a blessing but it really is a process that you must trust with a lot of patience. Jackson, you’ve always been a month or two ahead of me, so it was nice seeing someone be real with the experience to prepare me ahead of time. You look epic :)
I look at my dad and he's like hairless and all, so.. i'm not expecting "much"
I am now almost 2 years on T it’s crazy fun ride so far .
I just made my 1 week on T update, which is really nothing in the grand scheme of things. Congrats on 1 year! As much as I'm looking forward to the changes, I'm trying to appreciate the pace that my body is choosing to take. Good things take time but before I know it I'll be looking back at myself cringing and laughing too! Great video.
@kek kek Yes it is. I'm choosing to take hormones and my body is choosing the way and timeframe it responds to them.
I have been waiting for you to post a video and it’s crazy that you have been on testosterone for a year and I am glad that you are happy with your life so far and it’s crazy how much you have changed since being on testosterone much love to you harry😘🥰
It took me three years to get a decent beard, man. But I had a friend who walked in one year on T with a full one. Genetics is a pain in the ass. I know the waiting sucks but you’re early yet, so don’t be discouraged about the facial hair thing.
You look great my dude. Here this Fall I will hit 3 years and some days it seems like I have so far to go while other days I forget that I ever lived as anyone other than my dude self.
Ok so I'm 12 and I play ice hockey and Ice Hockey is basically my life and the New York Rangers are my favorite team and I recently discovered that I am trans and I want to be the first trans player in the NHL and I want top surgery in collage. I play defense and your videos are super helpful. I have rainbow tape on the blade of my stick and blue, pink and white tape on the handle. The Met. Riviters are my favorite NWHL team and I dedicate a bunch of my goals to you because you have no idea how much you've helped me. I love you and keep on owning the ice!!
