      Your body cannot absorb more than 25 gms if ur beginner. If u r intermediate u can one and half scoop. If ur advanced then u can have two scoops. Our body cannot absorb that much of protein. If our muscles are not matured.

      @@pruthviraj9240 it's not required to take protein powder if you're not doing any workouts. I recommend you to take protein from food like egg whites paneer chicken breast fish mutton sprouts, these are rich in protein & also good for health

    ON is the best I've ever used and tasted till now. They give great blends which are rich in protein. They mix well with both milk and water. I generally use(all the measurements are approximate figueres) 240 ml(For fat free milk 80-90 cals, For whole milk 150 cals)+ 1 scoop of whey(35 gms, 140 cals) + 1 full banana(1 don't care about the size, around 100-140 cals). That'll be around 320-540 cals. That keeps me full till afternoon because of the addition of the banana. To be honest, adding banana makes your drink so delicious.

    Nice way of explaining bro, I have a doubt like I purchased whey prostar 1 year back and I stopped using it after 20 days(as I stopped going to gym that time). Can I start using it now as it has 7 more months to expire. I read somewhere that once you opened the seal you should not keep it for long time and in my case i used to open the box to take a scoop of powder for that 20 days, after that I didn't opened box till now.
