    Thank you so much for the knowledge you're sharing it helps a lot.. am having one query I hope you can reply :) am doing regular gym for 18 months.
    For example, if we are taking the pre-workout drink before the gym session, and can I take the creatine after the workout I mean post workout.?
    do we have any issues with taking pre-workout drinks and creatine after a workout or do we need to take any one of them?
    how much quantity of creatine do we need to take?
