naresh uppuleti Dear, if it is a little bit of difference, then one may adopt the following. However, if it's a huge difference, then consulting a doctor would only benefit.
1. This can be called as muscle imbalance.
2. This may be
due to internal central nervous system or
due to concentrating more on a specific side during workout or normal work or
due to lack of mind muscle concentration during exercise.
3. Muscle imbalance can be of any specific muscle or a specific side too e.g. entire left side muscles are bigger than entire right side muscles.
4. Solution:
a. Go for isolation of a side exercises i.e. do left side & then hit right side or vice versa. This will help you increase mind muscle connection.
b. Hit that side first which you have a weak or small size. E.g if your left side is small hit left side 1st & then hit right side.
c. How many reps you have done the 1st side same no. of reps have to be done for the other side too. (Even though you can do more stop there)
d. Once in a while day in a week or in 2 weeks hit ONLY that side which you are weak.
e. Central nervous system, nerves at the neck, brain are the reasons for muscle imbalance. So, concentrate on nerves, drink lots of water, consume good fat such as flax seeds, (fish if N.V) for omega 3 & Soaked Peanuts, coconut (Almonds, cashews if one can afford) for Unsaturated fat.
It's a lot to discuss, but I believe I have mentioned all those top relevant points which could be of great help.
