The driver of that black mustang with the broken rear lower control arm is amazing, he maintained so much speed on essentially 3 wheels with 1 wheel drive

I was there when Scott crashed it was a huge impact and what van gisberg did was a true show of respect

Yeah, used to be on BT Sport, but I guess they don't want to pay anymore. I would sign up again if they showed it. I'm a big F1 fan but Supercar races are so much better!

2019-2020 cars look so good
What a season 2019 was in this world class motorsport championship. Many epic moments during the year from Adelaide to Newcastle but my pick of 2019 was at my hometown race, the GC600 when I witnessed in person trackside the first ever Mustang to get written off by a heavy hit into the barrier right in front of me which almost wet my pants after Chaz collected the wall hard less than 5 metres away where I was standing. WoW but I feel sorry for Chaz with his rotten luck with Tickford as I'm a big BMW Motorsports fanatic. Plus who can forget the second Mustang to get written off heavily 2 days later as the debut Bathurst winning car. 😱🤬😬😎👍

The Mustang teams are like the Mercedes of supercars. You have DJR who seem unstoppable and Waters/Mostert (Tickford) who is Hamilton v Rosberg
But Waters/Mostert dont race for DJR.... your confused with Maclaghlan/Couthard and Fpr

Are these races live streamed on CZcams like many other racing orgs are doing? Because Australian Supercars definitely deserves more international recognition, but the timezones kinda screw the scheduling for live TV broadcasts in most of the western world.

@@Xiphactinus Pirelli are manufacturing F1 tyres according to the F1 spec and requirements though...can't really blame Pirelli...neither the teams...it is F1 top brass who are to blame...the rules and regs are to blame...F1 was fine with 2 tyre manufacturers, refuelling, no DRS and on-track battles where a driver can defend his position...V8 Supercars are not only more exciting to watch, it is also more thrilling and more everything...and I used to be a HUGE F1 fan...so sad...

When I was little I'd watch the bathurst on TV cause I live in NZ and literally watch the first few laps them go on my play station 2 and play v8 supercars 3 and I was obsessed with the v8s as a kid. Growing up it was dope also seen them in maybe 08/09 at pukekohe with my father. I MISS the old v8 supercars. The whole holden vs Ford and the 2000-2009 Era was my favorite. I wish they didn't change the cars :( it really ruined it for me

i have not watched v8 supercars ever since they switched to the mustang, and how seeing it (im not being bias because im Aussie) with the mustang it does not feel or look the same for some reason, with the new (from what i heard) "german" designed Commo and the American designed Mustang. but its still a great sport to watch but i think i wont be tuning in as much as before.

It stopped when Motorsport went off Sky AFAIK. I've missed it for ages :'( I don't know if it's on BT or Sky, I can't afford them. PLEASE Supercars, at least put the races on CZcams after it's run on TV. I'll wait a couple of weeks like I had to with Motorsport TV if necessary. Indycar have abandoned YT as well :( Sigh...

Supercars has a specific web site for international viewers. Look for Supercars Superview. You have to pay in Australian dollars for access for the whole season but it's the easiest way to watch. I am in the UK and watch all the qualifying and races.
How mad did anyone notice on the night drive when he said how they wouldn't get around them 2 abreast? There was a few cars that had like street race neons under their cars...pretty awesome
Yeah it was great i was there! And the really expensive car racing after supercars finished you could actually see their rims glow red as they came around the bends as they were hitting the breaks so hard

Is anyone else not surprised the mustangs are always crashing.....I’m just glad the crowd are well protected, but don’t be surprised if one of those mustangs still finds a way to take people out, if I was in the pits I’d be asking for a raise.

I honestly don’t know how anyone has the patience to be a racing driver. That you can spend all day working hard only for someone else to make an unrelated mistake and end your day would destroy me. I know they do blow up sometimes, but considering the stakes they all manage to keep so calm
