His attitude is atrocious. He SLOWS DOWN as he approaches opponents in his press. His lack of pressing opens up huge gaps in the rest of the team defense. Rashford clearly cannot manage himself, so he needs a Roy Keane on the pitch to set him straight. But Bruno is not Roy Keane.
Rashford is NOT a leader. He's 26 but acts like a kid. He's not had the example of true leadership and he is not it himself. So he needs a leader to train his absolutely poor habits.

Foals from set pieces, people not tracking late runs on edge of the box, relying on transition and overload football with no midfield. We have lost far too many leading positons because we dont know anything other than transition football. 0 control since the start of the season

It all went downhill when Rashford came on. No runs, no support, no pressing, no effort, just sits on last defender and walks around. I have said this several times, you can't detach poor team performances from the manager, he is responsible for everything the team does. Credit if playing well, and criticism if playing poorly. So Eric is responsible for the mess we are in

Dalot follows in his lead, he loses his mind at the end and dives into the Chelsea player out of frustration of being beat. Even Mainoo sending errant balls to the middle and out of bounds unnecessarily.

@@michael43567 We don't have the right players to do anything. That's partly on EtH for (Antony, Amrabat, etc). But that's on United's structure and operations. You cannot as a top club recruit largely through your manager's personal network. The faults of teh recruitment operations, enabled poor hires by someone who shouldn't be deciding, which leads to this sad bunch.
If Roy Keane were in this side, we wouldn't lose in the final mintues like this. I gaurantee you nobody is pissed off and getting on each other for this result. And someone should be. Those are the problems and you need ownership to address this from up top. But eventually, Bruno needs to give way, and we need to recruit a true talisman to set the first-team culture for the club.

Bring in any available manager IN THE WORLD and the results would be the same. The players of this club have been SELFISH and SHAMEFUL since Fergie retired. Year after year this club is a mockery. It will not end until players put the club first. The overhaul that is needed is insane. I pray Ratcliffe and INEOS sort this out and thankfully the internal structure looks like it’s coming together. Time for players that are serious about this club. Erik deserves a team that is serious about winning to see if his tactics can transition to the prem. What he achieved and implemented at Ajax earned him this job, and the players (injuries or not) will be the ones to make him look bad and ultimately cost him his job. Agree - we lack leaders in the dressing room. Leaders who have a calm head in critical moments. That is not Bruno. Bruno lacks self-discipline and therefore cannot instill discipline or high standards in other players. Rashford has mentality of a 21yo, weak, lazy, reactive, and not disciplined.

I am absolutely ETH in because this crazy style of play could bring results if the players would just be that bit better. if we had just continued to play the way we were, we would have a better chance of getting a 4th or even a 5th goal

I feel your pain. Supporting this team is stressful, but as I have always said, we can't keep blaming the Managers. We did it when Louis van Gaal was there, repeated the same thing with Mourinho, and continued that trend till now with Erik ten Hag. Please let us see and look through this thing.
The only set of people who have gotten a pass are the players. We blame them and still keep them in the team. The team got so bad that Erik had to bring players from our Youth team because the 'SUPPOSED' big players were a bloody waste.

This season is indeed done for and there'll be no CL next year. Ratcliffe and his management team have a tanker to turn around. But so had Sir Alex in th eighties, and Sir Matt in the fifties after Munich. I feel sorry for fans of 30-40, who grew up knowing only success because the bad times are hard. But the clubs who are currently riding high will have their share of it, even the glamorous Manchester City. At least we aren't staring down the barrel of financial charges. Keep the faith - the good times are coming back.
