I'm sorry that you went through so much trouble. A wheel of this price should have a light that just works and is satisfactory. Obviously the budget and engineering is going elsewhere.
Owners of the MSX, MSP, RS and similar wheels feel this pain as well. The sad news is that there is no easy way to mod to wheel like you did.
So what I ended up doing is just to carry a potent flashlight with me. Whenever it gets dark then I just carry it in one hand. It's super potent and I can point it at whatever I want, almost following the eye, basically. It's ghetto, but it's the best, cost effective solution that I could come up with.
Yeah it's crazy how the prices went up! For me it looks like Kingsong and specially Inmotion did a better job when it comes to light. But in the end I should have probably just stick to a flashlight like you did. Thank you for your comment!

Try to change riding mode of the wheel from soft to hard. Lights will stay more stable at hard mode
I did. It's better, not perfect. I'd recommend a different light I guess

2.14 that rubber thing in english is called a grommet or rubber grommet. I thought those lights were 12V and Begode lights are 5V ? That would reduce the brightness a bit I imagine. Self levelling headlights are needed on EUCs more than any other vehicle.
Ohh, you might be right! Maybe there is a 12V output somewhere on the motherboard so solder it on there🤔 thank you for the tip!
@@floatypiet I dont know why they don't just ditch the lenses and parabolic reflectors and go for flood light LEDs. Having a bright spot centrally just ruins your dark adaptation.
