Well I always love to see your creations, this has to be my favourite so far, I love it. Will you be making these for sale, I would love them for my T4.
That's the plan eventually to sell, Undecided to sell as a full functional kit or sell it as the plans where you have to print the 3D parts and get the sheets laser cut. That gives people the choice to fabricate themselves, at the risk of clones from source files. I think I'll sell files and provide Australia only kits a global shipping is not worthwhile.
What you see in the video , Front cage 4mm steel Rear cage 4mm steel Rear handle 6mm steel Adds 2.8kg Steel is cost effective, but heavy Aluminium is expensive and light. Rear is expected to be double but for weight saving and time constraints to get a useable system for myself only opted for one side. Still work to tidy up the rear, more videos to come
@@jc84com ye keep the videos coming! Will you release the blueprints so people can make their own? I like how it looks like the commander mini and begode extreme had a baby :D
@@jc84com first batch T4, would like to test your design, I have the EMA and it’s an improvement but not like some people describe IMO. Might have to look you up next time I’m in WA
@@scottmorris7320 I'd remove or completely back off the grub screws and add some padding to the bushing to remove any slop, the sliders need to be moving freely, T4 has a few design flaws that bind this up. I doubt there is much difference between EMA and the version I use. I do like it a lot more than the air system.
@@jc84com thanks for the heads up, I’ll work on the sliders, yeah it T4 is a great little wheel for off road, with some great features and some not so great design and quality aspects.
I made it in mild steel. Mild steel being the heaviest. Mild steel being the cheapest. About 6kg extra for the suspension bones and frame setup, I'm updating the frame this week to add some better impact padding. In case it hits the rider.
Красавчик 😎👍🏻
Superbe
Beatiful. I just have a external metal box.
Awesome design!!
Thankyou, it's looking very clean,
These look really nice!
Super fun project, I do enjoy this wheel and how much it gives you for the possibility of customizations
It really looks the business. I am impressed.
Thankyou
Worked hard on it and has come out great.

This is cool! How much weight does it add to the wheel? Also why only one rail at the back, but 2 in the front?

Will this work even in the plastic battery casing? I own a t4 v2 and planning to use this one. Great job!
I can only assume so.
As they are very similar
Looks like you added the EMA linkage, or is that your own design? And how does it ride with the DNM Burner?
Suspension is my own. redesigned but basically the same. Rides great with the DNM. I like it more. Smoother, and no air to worry about.
Extreme without being extreme
That mudflat looks a lot like the one on the Patton. Is that the EMA suspension linkage or your own design?
Same concept as the EMA, but this is my own drawing and ratios, with full clearance for the spring setup.
What batch of T4 do you have ?

Any idea’s for the begode master?
Hi, glad you like it.
Unfortunately there are no masters or ex30s or extremes in my area.
If I can get access I'll draw it up.
Only T4 for now.
Will you be making some for sale and if so where can I buy?
I only sell plans to make yourself
