200mm is ideal. The 190 eats a bit of travel. - Komedie
ABS & Kydex likely wont shatter. They bend & twist but not shatter, I think. That said, dont know how ABS/Kydex take to being screwed in but they do hold with with plain velcro. I know that I use ABS as fairings to hold the pads on my ex30. I wont be doing such a mod as yours but maybe replace the stock air with either Fox &or Rockshok. Or maybe a straight coil without the rez. Thanks for taking us along for this shop ride 😆

I'm a bit of a Master groupie myself. I've ridden a few wheels now but aside from the range not being that great when I'm pushing 35+ mph I LOVE it. When I'm done upgrading it it will be like the Extreme minus the suspension travel and smart BMS. Ill be getting a range wheel at some point and my master will be my off-road/race wheel then......now it's the only one I own HAHA

Roger do you know about the stock coil that will be coming with the Extreme? Will it have rebound and compression adjustability?

Lexan is better than polycarbonate.. it's shatterproof.. can get at home depot.. using to attach my pads to my ex30 and still no issues.. did the extreme not come with the spring shock option begode offers alternately to the air shock? Wondered how the stock begode spring shock compares to this? At 200 pounds even the 900 pound spring may not be enough so I may need to replace the spring only with a 1000 pound spring or more if I can find one of the correct size..
How much tire-clearance does that wheel have? I have a 3x12 knobby that measures 3.75" x 18.5". Would it fit? If so I want that wheel. If not I consider the T4 better for non-hard-core use case with trail tires (and less total weight).
I like the coil shocks better than the air/hydraulic shocks. I’m sure that feels a hundred times better than before!

Its a 750lb spring that I cut down to size. It came off an S22. @@electric_rider2044
Begode getting paid by their customers to rid themselves of the junk stock suspension units: now that’s capitalism - they probably get a kickback from DNM for their increased sales too, lol! 😂👍🏻

What is the size of the Extreme's stock shock......is it a 200×57mm shock?

do we need to remove 2 rear battery packs to reach the bottom part of suspension mount or just one battery pack ?
I lost one of the bolts [short one] on that rod that holds the stander...which one is the size for the replacement ?
