    Very good tutorial. I've always wanted to sculpt Iron man in Blender. This will be very useful

    Fantastic! I didn't know it was possible to make hard surface by sculpting.

    Nice demo, it really help me in using sculpting brushes. I'm still new in blender. Beside that, can I ask how many segment you use for the uv sphere mesh? Tq

    If I made low poly object what is the best way to increase the poly and sculpt it??
    I used remesh once Carl+R and it made it high poly but when I sculpt it seemed like cubes

    Do you ever have that problem where sculpting a stroke with a curve(the one with bezier handles) causes it to do make or cut a double stroke, the second stroke not directly under the curve and messing up the ends?

    how to make the sculpt look smooth like that? i've trying that in subdivision surface dyntopo shpere and the result is a lot triangle on my sculpt and too messy on my object...even with smooth tool

    • @sculpting1128
      @sculpting1128 Před 2 lety

      activate smooth shading for the object you can find it under dynatopo setting

    • @naseh446
      @naseh446 Před rokem

      Before sculpting you subdivide the mesh 5 times then applied it after that add multirest modifier subdivide it by 4 or 5.this work perfectly fine for mid low pc

    I don't get why I always follow what the tutorial say but I can ALWAYS see vertices in my mesh with and without dyntopo and remesh how do I fix it?

  • @debdipkarmakar9993

    I cannot use that for games, right?
    Cause it is too high poly?

    • @sculpting1128
      @sculpting1128 Před 2 lety

      you cant use this for gaming you need retopology to use there

    • @mr.lunatic3157

      Retopo the model and bake the details to the low poly model , done

    NOOB WARNING
    This would be WAY more useful for us noobs if you showed the dyntopo, falloff, etc settings you use. I tried to follow this only to learn that the scrape brush doesn't actually work the way you show with blender defaults! Have to go to other videos to learn the settings not shown here.

    • @FalconDesign3D
      @FalconDesign3D  Před 3 lety +3

      Sorry about that
      in this video I was actually using the default stroke/falloff the whole time, even with the scrape brush.
      The reason why I didn't show the dyntopo is because there is no correct settings to use, you want to start high -when doing block out for example- then go lower the more you go into details.
      This video was just as a presentation for the tips, so I used a lower value the whole time (4 or 3)
      The problem that you might had is not enough geometry when sculpting, and that happens when you add default cube /sphere and want to start sculpting on it immediately with dyntopo, a quick fix is:
      1. e.g. you added a new cube
      2. enable DynTopo with the detail size you want to use
      3. take any brush and sit the "Strength" to 0
      4. make a quick brush stroke on the whole cube
      -this way it adds enough geometry when you are sculpting -
      5. then you can sculpt normally with any brush
      Hopefully that helps
      Thanks for the tip
