Great video. Could be your best one yet! The value based component is so important though and difficult to market/quantify.

Awesome video! I just added the example pricing to my website.
Question - What's the best way to provide a proposal? Most firms, mine included, send it post-meeting; but sales pros say that they most successful way to seal the deal is to lock someone in while on the call. My acceptance rating is only around 10% right now, so figuring this out would probably be the most impactful thing on my end.

Yeah good Q - I struggle with this too
For more basic sales (traditional advice) where the scope is understood by all parties, I do think doing it live is best
But oftentimes our engagements are so detailed that someone can't really understand it unless they're looking at it
So I always did what you're saying, but told them let's hop on a call to discuss when they've had a chance to review it
I'll pull this into the Q&A and expand on this a bit

Pricing on websites seems like something that you are 'damned if you do, damned if you don't. How about a form "enquire about pricing" where you collect some data on nature of business, size & all that & email back with a price? Which tier would you place that in?

Yeah that falls into the "no pricing" bucket for me
I think you lose most prospects if you aren't willing to put something out there
If you have a strong market advantage, ie are a leader in the space you may not have to
Otherwise I think it costs you leads

How would you advise on building out a price calculator, any free options?

What makes you think it's AI Jason?

AI Jason could be 80% as good as real Jason, but am I smart enough to tell the difference? The jury is still out on that.
