I gotta admit, the last formation that I'm still using and work very well for me was from u mate, so sure I'll give it a try.
I'm very bad in defending, so I start keep attacking and it doesn't matter if I receive 5 goals but scoring 6 😊

I've been using the 3-4-2-1 i instruct lf and rf to play false 9 creating a box in midfield with the 2 cm, recommend
That's very similar to how I use it, except I just use the lf as false 9 to create an overload on one side. Will have a play with your suggestion though 😊

Ive gone from div 1 winning 6 games on the reg down to div 3 and struggling on seasons 😢 and nothing changed but I cant seem to win anymore

Why press on heavy touch
if I set this formation on the default balance is it ok? so when I start the game I start with it by default . because I am old an sometimes I forget to press L or R to go to attacking or the others
Yes, absolutely fine bud. The formation will perform the same in any slot. The only reason I don't use it as default is so my team can benefit from full chemistry in FUT

Last question, what’s better 4321 or 4222?
4321 for attacking and fast counters, 4222 for possession and control. I'd probably say 4321
How do you tackle people who keep spinning and keeping the ball?
Hold L2/LT to jockey them and keep backing off, leave a bit of space between yourself and them and it will give you room to re-adjust depending which way they turn. If you don't commit to tackle, a lot of skillers end up bumping into you or just losing ideas when they can't get past. Don't be tempted to tackle until you know you can win it 👍

You can place it in any slot and play with any formation you like. The reason we have them there is so we can quickly change formation by pressing left/right on the d-pad without needing to pause it

If that's the way you play then you can adapt it to that, yes! Though it works best with quick transitions and counter attacks
What is the best formation in the game ?
There's no such thing as it depends what your opponents use and your personal playstyle. That being said, I always create my tactics to be adaptive in most circumstances, so you shouldn't go far wrong with these 💪

Balanced is not aggressive enough, constant pressure drains stamina, press after possession loss brings players out of position. Press of heavy touch is perfect for aggressive but disciplined defending 👍
