My Dad and Brother do a lot of fishing, so it was good to show Dad your way of how to fillet a fish. Much appreciated.

Very nice, i would add lemon grass to the herb mix. Great idea the mustard with the garlic for the dressing and add a bit of zest from the lemon.
Great job and I love your manly BBQ
Hey Jamie. Your cooking have inspired me to learn how to cook ever since I watch the Naked chef back in 2000. Nice to see you and Tobie cooking together again. I'm wondering, will we be seeing you cooking with Ben O'Donoghue? Would love to see it.
Cheers,
Kenny

Seriously! Nice way to make all the intimidated first timers feel like this is something approachable...
Brilliant recipe Tobie. Really like how Australian and Californian cuisine are similar. Keep cooking. Blessings ChefMike

- Jamie blessed it with the fish skin.
I love the idea of stuffing lemon in the fish
Hi jamie. You have been one of my biggest inspirations in cooking and I have been watching you forever.... Would you do suggestions that people on food tube would like?
Something around the lines on mushroom, spinach and ricotta ravioli and always finding a new way to improve my recipe
That Fish Looks Awesome !!! So fresh, I always Try not to muck about to much with fish in terms of over doing it, Let the Fish speak for its self and you did exactly that on this video Well done Boys !!!!
Isn't that the same Tobie from your naked chef episode with the late night munchies? You made a Orange-y Sugar with popcorn, that stuff is awesome!
Awesome! I love seeing you two cooking together.. but man, I am infatuated by how that house is set up! Any home cooks DREAM!

Hi boys, thnk you so much for cooking this trout dish, it looks awesome. I'm a home cook but I'm not very good with cooking fish, I find fish dishes a little hard. I've never cooked a fish that size, I usually buy the packaged trout in safeway. Thanks guys, see you next time. Ciao Ciao

that synergy of you both reminds of Neal and Mozzie from the series White Collar. Really enjoyed watching! :D
Jamie, your garden rocks. Can you do an episode on herb care? Mine keep dying.
👍
My nephew just gave me two large bags of fresh trout I think I can do this
Well done, guys! I love your cooking!

And the award for Worst Aussie Accent by an Englishman goes to. . . :)
***** :)
*****
we luv you jamie. never change.
***** Actually the worst effort of the Aussie accent goes to the Americans. They can't get either of our accent's right.
Jamie seems to have lost his excitement with the years.
BIGBOSSFONG how come?
Nice
Woohoo
.1
Toby sounds like a kiwi
You guys...your hands are clean?
I dont think its you. Its the fish, probably. I've eaten trout many times and they dont have any fishy smell. Not unless they are not fresh, of course.
Fish is cheap? Since when? Definitely not here!
Whole trout at tesco? £3! Bargain
Too bad the ocean is toxic.
i have eaten trout once and i find it has a very strong fishy taste. is it just me or its normal in trout?
No not normally having a mild taste like most fresh water fish,( unless they were not fresh)? i smoke mine in a food smoker box.
I find the right seasoning makes trout one of the tastier fish to eat actually.
Fishier it is the longer it is been dead.I suggest you get a fresh one from a fisher market find one that smells something similar to a light river or ocean smell( fresh fish always smell faint of where it has been caught). If you can't get a hold of fresh one you'll have to make due with using herbs/lemon to cut down it's strong fishy taste.
Maxwell A Buy fresh and soak it in milk overnight, no joke.
Quite difference from the old daze with the flat, piece of crap scooter and a few hippies dragging over for free food eh ? LOL. You've come a loooong way mate.
Terrible audio. Broke up constantly. Come on mate.
