- Golfers, every time you go out to play or practice - how many shots does it take you to find your rhythm after taking off 1 - 2 - 3 even a month. How many shot does it take you to find your rhythm so you can put the club dead in the back of the golf ball? I've been moving my 90 year old Mother for the past month. Lifting boxes, moving furniture, re-surfacing a drive way, digging up plants and shrubs and have not hit a golf ball in three weeks. It will really help you, each and every one of you I promise. You just don't really know till you get into the habit of doing the things that take two or three minutes each day that will in fact allow you to maintain the feel for where the club head is during the entire swing. Golfers, I'm dead serious. The single element that hurts you the most playing golf (BESIDES TRYING TO THINK AND SWING) is not being able to fell the head throughout the swing so you'll know where to start letting the club head loose so you have enough time for it to catch up with your hands and square upto the back of the ball before impact. YES , YOU HEARD ME CORRECT SQUARE UP TO THE BACK OF THE BALL ON YOUR TARGET LINE BEFORE IT TOUCHES THE BALL. AND IF YOU CAN'T FEEL AND DON'T KNOW WHERE THE HEAD OF THE CLUB IS AT ALL TIMES, THEN LOOK NO FURTHER AS TO WHY YOUR ARE NOT PLAYING MORE CONSISTENT GOLF. I promise you it's impossible to play consistent golf without feeling exactly where the golf club is throughout your swing. I know the majority of you dob't really get loosened up so you have a chance to feel the club head before number 5 or 6 on the front side. If you can't feel the head gentlemen and Ladies, then stop by the section where the tees and animal head covers and the naked lady tees are and get you some led tape and but enough on the back ef every club you have till your can feel the head. So.---- How many shots is it going to take me to get the feel of heavy stuff out of my system and get the feel of the club head back into my swing so I'm stripping straight shots over and over.. Well, click the video and lets have a look see. Do keep in mind that I do actually do what I'm suggesting you consider doing. And I swing the club head I never try and hit a golf ball. The ball is just in the way of my swinging motion. As should your be doing.

Hi Dalton, been a big fan of your teachings over the years and with your help play off 9…just wanted to ask about rhythm, I’ve definitely worked out that I play much better when I don’t think about mechanics on the golf course,….would you advise just thinking about the one n roll as I’m hitting my shots?

Pretty effortless swing there, lots of hinging/unhinging of the wrists. I wonder how much clubhead speed Dalton is getting.
Nice swing Dalton. I am curious about your training aid (white that has sliding weight in it). I have the same club but shorter and love it for helping with ensuring I am not releasing early. I think mine is the swing hitter (had to hunt to find it). Is yours the same? It looks longer than mine.

There is a magnet in the handle with a piece of metal that centrifugal force throws to the bottom so it hits at the moment impact should be. Only about 79.00 bucks. But listen to the sound it makes. I purchased your video long ago “straight shooting golf swing” but later gave it to my grandchild because he wanted to learn golf. I’m 81 years an a COVID-19 survivor and getting back to golfing noticed a slice in my swing. I’m not square to the ball on the contact and wish that I had not given the video away. Do you still have your video for sale?
