This feud wasn't bad but it was mostly overshadowed by what went on then. I still think Edge should've won the title at WM 26. What did you think of this feud?
I like the fact that jericho won the match it made him look strong

Their feud didn't get enough attention. It was super underrated.
To this day I fantasize about how it would've played out if Edge didn't tear his Achilles. Since a split between the two and a title match at Mania was the ultimate endgame anyway. But it would've been so entertaining seeing what they could've done as tag partners and watching the whole thing unfold

The build to Mania 26 was honestly really good. I love how the top feuds intertwined. Of course, Shawn-Taker is god tier but this was a great storyline as well.

This fued is pretty underrated imo. Their matches and segments were both really good.
Yeah it was pretty entertaining. I think people were expecting two much from both men. Still was good nonetheless.

This was prime Jericho imo. He was such a great heel and Edge was doing good as a face but i wish swagger didn’t interrupt the feud. Jericho defeating Edge at mania was the right call for me but I wish it could have lasted till around Summerslam time.
Swagger did ruin everything. Both guys were drafted on the same show and it could've continued.
Tbh Jericho in his book said that he pitched a bodyguard character for Swagger which is the character he now has in AEW
I wouldn't call Jericho beating Edge at Mania the right call. It killed the momentum that Edge had following his return.

I agree with you 100% from 2010 thru the first half 2011 Smackdown was good but after Edge retired Smackdown wasn't the same after that.

I really enjoyed this feud especially when it was starting with Edge returning at the Royal Rumble in 2010. That's one of my favorite rumble matches.

I made notes on a fantasy booking about Edge and Jericho's tag title reign had Edge not been injured. It would've been awesome to see the events following their win at The Bash if that was the case....

I think why it’s overlooked is because in terms of the build-up, it made sense for Edge to win at Wrestlemania, yet he didn’t, which to this day, i don’t get it.
Jericho was so underrated. Who else can say thier greatest heel promo literally had no words spoken. He stood there till the fans booed him and left
I really wanted a proper tag team run with Chris Jericho and edge and it would have been very entertaining as they were top heels at this time.

Tbh this program is underrated both Chris Jericho and Edge had a great match at WM26 I mean Chris Jericho imo was the best heel from 2008 to 2010 alongside Edge and speaking of Edge his 2nd face run was better and more fun plus these were supposed to have a match against each other at WM19 as it was SDvRAW and at WM20 we got Goldberg(Raw) VS Brock(SD) and at WM21 we got Angle (SD) VS HBK (Raw).

Bro face edge was a different kind of menace. Ngl especially during his initial wwe run he was so cringe as a heel early on. He was clearly trying way to hard too look like a deranged maniac but it came off as goofy. It took a few years for him to get the mannuerisms down.

As much as I would have loved to see them be a long term regular tag team, even if they were doing singles stuff on the side and just staying allies, I honestly don't believe that was the plan. They would have probably eventually broken up due to clashing egoes.

It's the most generic finisher in wwe, but Edge made the best out of it, it has it's own teasing animation like sweet chin music, he uses it in many different ways, outside the ring, through the table, from a ladder etc.
