- Join me for a 30 min INTENSE DUMBBELL HIIT WORKOUT to challenge both your strength and cardio. Warm up and cool down are included. During the workout, intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells (today I'll be using two 10LB weights). So grab your mat and get ready to sweat! 💞 xox Mik

When you workout regularly, eat clean healthy tasty, sleep enough.. Life becomes better. Goals get achieved faster and things are getting done in a more efficient way. I can clearly say that working out makes people suffer for only 30-60 min, but they become happy for the rest of their lives.

@@mariabergen1345 Hello! I only do HIIT workouts on youtube :) But I eat very simple, meat, fish, eggs, salads, 85% chocolate, coffee, and fruits. No grains, no sugar, no BS & processed foods :)
What I like about your workouts: 1. You explain and encourage during the workout, 2. You have no offensive music, 3. You have a modifier. I'm so thankful I discovered your workouts.
I agree, your music is not irritating and your calm voice is encouraging, love the pilates and weight combos.
Now that you point it out, I see one of the reasons I like her workouts so much!! Some of the copyright free or whatever it is kind of music people add to their workouts can be kind of gross or inappropriate! True!! Love her even more!!

I really enjoyed this workout Mik! I am a little behind of weights but taking time to build up slowly. I modified the cardio bits by performing them on my rebounder for the sake of more intensity and to save my joints! (71 yo here😁). WHAT A WORKOUT! I’ll be returning to this again and again! Finally tried my hand w/this workout & my take? FIIIYAAAAAH!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥For the most part, I chose to do your modified ones due to my left knee issue, therefore very lil squats & with a handful of the others, I used my 3 lb handweights with the movements that didn't call for it. I sure did used my 10 lbs weights as well! Loved it nonetheless! What a great way to start my day before heading out for work. Bless Up!😊
