Your video was the first one that I saw that got me into this beautiful Cactus and like you said they are Extremely hard to come by! I was lucky enough to find a really small cutting but hopefully I will find a beautiful piece like the ones you have! Question, The small cutting that I have is a little squishy does this mean it needs a little more water? I only water when the soil is dry, I’ve recently noticed its getting little tiny black spots are these just blemishes/beautiful imperfections? It doesn’t seem like it’s Rotting, anyways I love watching your videos I’ve learned quite a bit so thanks!
My pleasure Tyler! I water mine very sparingly. Be sure your container is draining water, they don't like to get soggy. You can spray with a fungicide (neem oil or something similar) to help deal with those spots. Thank you so much for watching. I also host a podcast about gardening you might like.
