  • TOMYUM FRIED RICE
    Nasi Goreng TomYum

    Ingredients:
    1 bowl cooked rice (1 pax)
    1 egg
    Little chicken chunks (fillet)
    2 tbsp TomYum paste
    ½ tsp sugar to taste
    Any seasoning powder of your choice
    Fish sauce to taste
    Oil for cooking
    2-3 red cili padi, chopped
    1 lemongrass, thinly sliced (inner white part)
    3 fresh kaffir lime leaves, julienned
    Steps:
    Soft scramble the egg and set aside.
    In a bowl, mix the TomYum paste, sugar, seasoning powder and fish sauce. 1 tsp of water if necessary. Then, add this to the rice and combine everything well.
    Heat up some oil, and sear the chicken chunks until golden brown. Then, add in the rice. Stir fry on medium-high flame for 1-2 minutes.
    Now, add in the cili padi, lemongrass, lime leaves and scrambled egg.
