great info you put out and thanks for being open about your modifications and partnetships. keep up the great work. almost 800!!!
Thank you as always bro❤️🥹 always supporting :)
There’s a way to get around the flat spot. Essentially, you need to wind it way out in first gear, then when you go to 2nd, you’re already above the flat spot RPM range. I am going to get the BrenTune but am waiting on the completion of some warranty work
You still should have power throughout all the RPM range on any 1000! But you are correct man! Hope you enjoyed the video:)
@@s1kdk yea it’s true. It’s ridiculous
I’m drooling over these bikes right now and I’m in the of getting one currently. I was nervous to hear about the flat spots returning, thanks for breaking this down and I’m going to put that discount code to use. ❤
You’re gonna love the bike man! Watch some more of my videos to see more of what it’s like😁🤝🏼Thank you for using my code!!
100% gonna use that discount code, cheers man. Glad i found your channel, i've been enjoying your videos heaps. Keep it up bro
Thank you so much brotha!! Means more then you know!!❤
If BMW didn't restrict the S1K from factory, there wouldn't be a S1K for the people here. (emission laws)
One can always go for the tune later.
100%
What do you do with your Bren tune when you take your bike in for service? Do you flash back to stock? Do you leave the tune and tell the service team not to flash? How do you get flash updates from BMW? Bren charges you for a new flash if you get a BMW flash update. You have to send in the new flash and they then add their flash to the update and send it back.
I tell them not to flash..
Do you ever have shifting issues? I sometimes get a significant drop in RPM when using the quick shifter. It is intermittent. I will be revved up and quick shift into first or second and then the bike deaccels and drops RPM. Then it starts to accel again. This problem feels computer related as I can do the exact same thing and have no dip in RPM or power when quick shifting.
@nathanielnett It will sometimes act up, it’s really weird. Sometimes it doesn’t feel like it shifts at all like that satisfying click you usually get with it. Sometimes it does the same thing you said. I’m just waiting until the day it fails and I warranty it. But USUALLY it works as it should.
@@s1kdk thanks! I think it is a software issue. I'm wondering if there was a fix that is available in a flash.
Can confirm. You get to the speed limit much faster. 😉
Speed limit only😮💨😂
@@s1kdk always! 😂
what stage tune did you get??
Stage 1! If you’re thinking about getting it, get it! I promise it’s a whole new bike after! Make sure to use me code as well to save yourself some money;) “S1KDK”
@@s1kdk I am I'm curious do you know ow what the difference between stage 1 and 2 are?
@jefferynelson9926 there is a big difference, look up on BT Motos website for the exact specs. It’s quicker shifting, better performance, more WHP
Why is there even a restriction in the US?
There is no in Europe/Germany.
You get there what you pay for straight out of the factory.
I don't understand.
USA makes them restrict the bike for the “gentlemen’s act” I believe…. New bikes aren’t supposed to hit over 170mph.
@@s1kdk Yea, I suppose you're right.
This is for US bikes only btw. EU versions don't have restriction.
You are correct! Forgot to mention that
Do you really think bmw bikes are sold only in US and EU ? This is so stupid 🤦
Did we say that?
@@s1kdk That`s exactly what you said "This is for US bikes only btw...." "You are correct!....".
Anyway, don`t know if bikes made here (only country outside Germany that BMW mount bikes btw) are sent to US and thats why we have the same problem.
Although press vehicles said that here they have 210 hp and in US 207 because of restrictions.. I can experience the same ANOYING delay in third gear(mainly) in low RPM. That`s why I alson thinking about BTTUning.
@h1bertojr Gotcha you’re talking about the restrictions, I wasn’t aware that they put restrictions on any other country besides the US. My bad dude. I’d recommend a Bren Tune 100%!
is it usable with cat out without tune ?
Don’t understand what you mean by that
Listen any bmw you need a tune and it’s much faster man gotta add a bmw car one day to the list
I’m not that rich🫣🫣might get a project car in the future. Not anytime soon😅 I’m way more into bikes!
SLR-Tuning is all u need.. Way better tune
Why? I’m listening
You do know you showed your face
Was bound to happen sooner or later
I also show my tattoos that are hard to hide, very distinguishable.. but every video of me going fast is all faked😉😂
You need to get the sprint air filter. I did and makes a big difference. Get one and thank me later
Sounds good man!
