LOTS of people go for the easy, BT Moto, brentune for their motorcycles, but what kind of power is it really putting down. How much HP does a bren tune from BT Moto give you. Is the brentune worth it? The BMW s1000rr is their number one bike to send these flashes out, they also supply mail in tunes for other bikes like Aprillia, Ducati, Triumph and more. These are a simple option when you don't have a local tuner. Is it better than a custom tune, no. Simply put, these mail in tunes are a base tune that help, but aren't specifically tailored to your bike. Remember, each bike is a little different. In this video, we put a stage 1 brentune s1000rr m package on the dyno to see where it stands. This bike also has gilles tooling billet, carbon fiber wheels, p08 sprint filter, 520 DID chain and full titanium akrapovic exhaust which all add to the overall power this bike produces. Since we didn't have the actually base numbers for this particular bike, we'll have that shortly in another video, we compare it to a 2023 s1000rr base line so we can look at some type of comparison. You will find the BT hp ratings are misleading.
If you want power you can go with any tuner, it's the closed loop tuning that's the selling factor. Eveyone isn't chasing all the power, people want power and reliability.

Have you had time to swing by the shop and get any numbers? I had a '23 similar to your setup, but BMW took it and I am still waiting for my '24 to be delivered.

Wouldn’t the stage 2 flash be more apples to apples? And why would those mods even be set up with the stage 1? The stage 1 is for stock air filter stock header setups. Thus, stage 1.
I'm a little confused by your comparison but the next time we get him to come in, we will have the handheld and be able to switch between the stock map and stage 1. He hasn't purchased a stage 2 yet but plans on it. Perhaps we can test between the multiple stages AND baseline next time. We shall see!
