  • One of the most frequent question we get is "what are the differences between 1-foot and 2-foot jumping?" I take some time to explain the commonalities between the two and what you need to consider when perfecting any one style.

I had an achille rupture, now has been almost a year and I am slowly starting to jump a little bit again, I was always a 1 foot power jumper but since that foot is patched up I am going to learn 2 foot jump properly, I guess endless repetition will retrain my brain slowly

I Think one foot looks cooler on SLO Mo dunks but you do gotta take a run up so it is handy to have a good two foot jump for like rebounds and put backs

Can i use missing link just by itself? or do i need to do other type of excersize. Also, is missing link about technique and not about strenght? or is it both.

Jumping your highest, it's traditionally your strongest.

Block foot because the block foot is also the foot that pushes off on the penultimate step pushing us horizontally and using it as the block foot directly after transfers as much energy as you break from horizontal to vertical force

@@jumpguytyHi Coach! in order to check my progress, how often should I make tests? I m training 3 times per week and every time I end an exercise during the training I go and check my elevation. Is that correct or should i wait a bit more?

Project Pure Athlete hi I don’t think you understood the question. Should the strong foot be the plant foot or the block foot??

We have many proven world-class programs, so we don't make a habit of referring you to elsewhere. Description of this vid has a promo code too! Also, air alert is an inherently flawed jump program. Just to give you some insight. We are professional coaches who do this full-time at the highest levels, including work for the NBA, Team Canada/USA Volleyball etc.
