I like the speach, and accompanying music track maybe the techno union battel droids should be used as comic relief for the bad batch seriers. The clones, and droids sorto of go with each other.
In many senses, the idea of a mind chip removed much of what made the clones horrifying. That they were basically an army of individuals raised to know only war and no empathy. Jedi turned traitor? Executing them will be as simple as whatever else they have been doing.
Funny enough, that's what I thought would have happened. That Echo would have to link with the tac droid's head to puppet the droid army under his control.
Made me so happy to see Wat survived the separatist leader command structure being slaughtered and after rebuilding his body with cybernetics he and the techno union army became a force for good in the galaxy, dj-ing at parties and acting as a deux ex machina to rescue main characters from doomed situations.
It actually made me sad to see what happened to the droids even though we all know their fate was scrap. But it still made me sad because its really the end of an era for the clonewars show we grew up with. Somehow it didnt hit me till we saw the decomission factory
It’s kinda scary how effective the droids were against the security droids despite their damaged and low power states. Which begs the question, how much damage can a droid really take? We see them normally get dropped by one shot no matter where, but there were droids operating like normal with entire missing limbs.
Its typical for disney star wars. Droids, ships, tanks, weapons etc are great when used *by* the good guys, but suck ass when used *against* the good guys.
In clone wars there was almost always some people around to give orders to droids, so even if you hack the commander droid assigned organic general would override it. But there are no organics to supervise, so this should work.
The Techno Union army is at your disposal, Echo.
