  • Well...I said I'd get an American car in my last video! I've always wanted to own a big american classic car, I love the 50's cruisers and the 60's, 70's muscle cars. Big cars, big engines, big noise, care free cruising and good music.
We searched for a while for our first american car and we stumbled across this 1952 Plymouth Concord Coupe whilst viewing a 1966 Mustang. 1 family owner car, 65000 original miles with the original matching numbers Flathead 6 218ci motor. What a great car she is (named Penny). We have a few ideas on what we are going to do to this car. It is the first project me and my dad have done since I retired from racing due to a broken neck in April 2017.
Keep an eye out for the new videos on the mods we do to the car.
A huge thanks to Chris at Horse Power Kustoms for the car and the continued help with parts. Also a big thanks to my new friends from over the pond Keith Irwin and Mark Duggan for the advice and just amazing conversations and stories we have shared. I can't wait to work on this car with the old man and my Uncle Gerry and Uncle Brian and get her to the shows this year!
    Thanks for Watching!
    Please hit that thumbs up!

just finished the video, was in tears, I had a chance to buy it back but didn't have the funds at the time, a lot has been changed to it since I've owned it, I rebuilt the carburetor about 3 years ago it needs a tune, someone put a different radiator in it, still has the crack down the windshield. .what a story, it has a hamb placard on the fire wall that says navy boy because I was in the navy. very emotional too see this video for me.

by the way that's not a concord, it's a Cranbrook. I have 100s of photos of the car from when I restored her including the engine.
