Integra DC5 Type R Service - Oil, Oil Filter, Spark Plugs and Air Filter

This was filmed before the France trip but never got the chance to edit it before we actually went so here's how to change the oil, oil filter, spark plugs and clean a cone air filter.
Tools you need:
17mm Socket or Spanner (for the sump plug)
16mm Spark Plug Socket and ratchet (with extension)
10mm socket and ratchet for coil pack cover
10w 40 or 5W 40 fully synthetic oil (4.7 litres)
Water to clean out the air filter
Air Filter cleaner
Air Filter oil

what oil are you running in your DC5R?

Aye up buddy. I ran 10w 40 semi synthetic. It was Motul race oil I used on my race bikes.
