Airgun Hunting South Africa. Wild Sheep hunt with Sumatra 500cc.Hi All. I went back to see if we could not get another wild Damara. These had 2 horns but their very good eating. After the Damara hunt we tried for an Impala and sadly I had my chance but screwed it up. So needless to say i did not get to shoot a Impala with my Air Rifle. Check at the end. The farmhouse is next to a lion enclosure

Hi. It depends all on your own ability the accuracy of your gun your intended quarry the caliber of riffle your using and what ammo do you use. For instance if I was hunting with a larger caliber like a 35 cal a hart shot would be fine . But in the .22 it would not do enough damage to humanly hunt the animal. It would go for some distance before expiring. Also the ammo i used does not expand... its more a penetrative round. And the sumatra is a very acurate riffle so i went for a head shot.

Hi she's very heavy im not quite shure about the exact wheight.,But totally worth it. i found at full power the onley pellet that gives me good accuracy is the H&N Baracuda Match and it gives met a very tight group of about 1,4cm to 2 cm and if its a perfect day even smaller.
