Hi everyone. We ran out of food for the lions so we decided to go hunt one of the old donkey's we had on the farm. I shot it at 16 power with a 21.grain H&N baracuda select.

Airgun Hunting South Africa. Wild Sheep hunt with Sumatra 500cc.Hi All. I went back to see if we could not get another wild Damara. These had 2 horns but their very good eating. After the Damara hunt we tried for an Impala and sadly I had my chance but screwed it up. So needless to say i did not get to shoot a Impala with my Air Rifle. Check at the end. The farmhouse is next to a lion enclosure

Airgun Hunting south africa. The 4 Horn Damara Sheep with Sumatra .22 cal 80 FPE. A Friend and I went hunting for the 4 horned Damara Sheep on a farm. He had too many rams and could not catch them. It was an amazing experience walking and stalking within range to get a good clean shot.

Hi. It depends all on your own ability the accuracy of your gun your intended quarry the caliber of riffle your using and what ammo do you use. For instance if I was hunting with a larger caliber like a 35 cal a hart shot would be fine . But in the .22 it would not do enough damage to humanly hunt the animal. It would go for some distance before expiring. Also the ammo i used does not expand... its more a penetrative round. And the sumatra is a very acurate riffle so i went for a head shot.

Hey man. Given the size of this animal it can be safely assumed that this gun will drop a person in the same fashion. Tell me please, is this gun modified at all? Also, what is "16 power"? as far as I know there are only 3 power settings on a sumatra. Thanks
If its running on full power its about 80-90 ft lbs
