That’s why I’m here for you, because you need it to prevent injury and have fun running in the long run! This workout includes the best knee, hip and core strengthening exercises you need as a runner or even if you don’t run, or maybe do cycling or any other endurance sport.

    Thank You Marie and i liked this very good and strong Fitness Workout. :) I liked Morning Stretch,Total and Full Body:No Jump Workout,Pilates,Cardio,Aerobic,Dance,Tabata,run,walking,Zumba,Cardio Hit and Small Waist on 4-5 days on weak. Bye Mariola and i from Poland,16.4.2024 :)

    Dieses Workout ist nur was für Profis, die wissen, was sie machen. Hier kann man bei falscher Ausführung leider sehr viel kaputt machen, gerade in den Knien. Ich halte mich schon für einen Fortgeschrittenen, aber dieses Workout war für mich auch ohne Zusatzgewichte nicht voll durchziehbar und jetzt habe ich Knieschmerzen. 😡

      Bei jedem Workout kann man sich bei falscher Ausführung etwas kaputt machen. :) Das ist natürlich immer die Voraussetzung. Ich hoffe deinen Knien geht es schnell besser.
