    We've got a 20 minute STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING leg workout whether your a runner looking for cross training or just want to get a great no equipment leg day. This is for you!     Just did this workout on a strained ankle and surprisingly I was not out of breath . Just started track this week and we have a meet coming up . I am out of shape but I think I’m getting better . Surprisingly I was not out of breath for the FIRST TIME😂😂😂❤TYSM!!

    I like this one a lot as it uses a lot of balance exercises! And the jump squats made me really break a sweat!

    I am searching lot of strengthening exercises for leg. But i cant get it. Finally i find yours and it is 100% good for anyone. You and your workouts are motivational.

    Holy moley, I am in full sweat mode!!!! Saving this one to my tuesday workout. Didnit today bevause i slacked on tiesday. I just started running again in October after 34 years. Im also 100 pounds heavier than i was 34 years ago. It was a gift to myself for my 50th birthday. Now need a lift and core routine for Thursday 🙌

    Great channel. Very well presented. Entertaining but professional still. Need to improve all these areas to run faster. I can run long and slow but having difficulty doing my fast workouts because of my body imbalances. Great channel!

      probably not! buut this will probably strengthen your legs so they will be stronger and you could have better endurance possibly? (i run sprints i have no clue😭)
