I cannot sit more than thirty minutes at my desk and conduct my study even though I lost about 19kg in the last two months after an exhaustive diet, walk and run. So, here I am. Thank you very, very much captain lady. I've done this 4 times a day last week before run & walk. I've just quit my restrictive diet recently.

I train it because it is partly used to raise the leg and that is a crucial part of chambering a kick, since I do MMA im trying to get strong there and fast so my kicks are stronger and quicker.

this is amazing, your instructions are so clear and simple, i love how you guide us through it, with the resting time and all and i love the motivational words throughout the video. I already knew the bird dog exercise from my physio therapist a while back and it had really helped me. I am going to do this workout a few times a week and hope to see some improvements because my pain due to scoliosis and rounded back got really bad again. Thanks again 🫶

If you're not used to makeup you should start with a natural but impactful look that do not requires tones of make-up or tones of products. You have a beautiful skin. You don't need that much anyway. I have natural makeup looks on my channel if that can help. And as other said the concealer and foundation are too warm/golden for you. From all your videos I have seen you seem to have a more brown/ neutral/ cool complexion with maybe a little bit of red undertone. You should check Lisa Eldridge foundation since her description and the pictures of the models she uses are spot on when it comes to undertoneS including for dark skin Black women and her customer service on Instagram respond to all additional questions pretty accurately.

Makeup is a bit too light and yellow/warm for your skin. Instead of wasting it you could use it in mix with a darker and neutral shade-or colder shade since this colour is currently is too warm

You're doing amazing darling!! Like a few other comments said your foundation has a little too much yellow in it, I really reccomend getting shade matched at sephora. Other than that you dont need that much concraler, only a few dots will work. Try experimenting with different colours and shapes to see what suits your face best!
