Man Utd need real men in their team and grow some confidence because having surroundings like sponges won't ever get anywhere. When I was 19 years old when Man Utd last won the league title in 2012/13 it was very sad at the time. But in the last 11 years from what I have witnessed this club culture is toxic and so depressing that for about good 3 years I went on mad rants. But since 2021/22 I realised it was not worth it and never gonna change I lost faith on winning things but supporting our club is what keeps you going. We've had slight success but even the League Cup win last season I didn't accept that as trophy tbh but 7 years without even winning things like FA Cup it would be relief. It would be a suprise but relief. Man Utd just need to focus on basics rather than going all gun blazing. Erik ten Hag has been treated very rotten from the bullshit media going all over. But in truth if Man Utd we're doing alright oh yeah they should be doing it. But you have to understand they are never world class with brats in the squad. All they need is to get together. Buckle up and get on with it. Simple as that.

However, IMO this sector is sick because of the ridiculous salaries paid to players and money going around. If he wants to go back to the mentality of 30-50 years ago, that was totally different. Players were not distracted by their hair and tattoos in those days. How to go back to the mentality of those days? I am a Dutch Man United fan since 1965.
BTW I saw Sabitzer (the hard worker) help Sancho (the showman) to get back on his feet near the end of the game. The attitude of both ex-United players was significant. Sabitzer (exhausted) helping Sancho (looking for attention and so happy with himself) off the ground. Sabitzer got the mentality, Sancho the skills. Unfortunately, you need both in the same player.

Great show agreed with most of it especially sancho not coming back. Only thing i didnt agree with is players coming in. I think there will be more in than 2-3 but based only on how many are said to be leaving. Martial, varane evans and Williams are all out of contract. There have been serious links with greenwood, sancho, pellistri, donny vandebeek already said to be going. And on top of that maguire and mctominay had offers last season that will likely get upped as they have had decent seasons. Alvaro fernadez is on a loan to buy i thought which is likely to get done as well. Thats 11 players right there not including rashford wanbissaka lindeloff and Casemiro who all have their own contractual circumstances and values to look at with who we have been linked with that share a position or have high wages the club dont want anymore.

I’ve struggled being a United fan the years since Fergie left, it’s been tough. Got a season ticket again for the Van Gaal era (worst decision ever 😂). I can’t even describe how happy I am that we’ve got a United fan with enough billions to do it. There aren’t many British people with enough money to do it let alone a manc. Disagree on the comment about working from home. I'm a software engineer and there is absolutely no need for me to be working in the office. I'm more productive working from home as I can utilise all my working time getting on with my tasks rather than commuting and chatting to co-workers in communal spaces. It really depends on what your occupation is and if working from home will benefit you or not. Do not generalise work from home workers as lazy and useless.

What they haven’t said is that after they announced to the press the hardline productivity/cost cutting exercise of getting all staff on site they’ve realised they’ll have to rent workspace off site at Salford Quays because Old Trafford doesn’t have the space. They can’t go back on that though because it doesn’t fit the impression of ‘getting the work done’ that they want to create.
