Getting the Sword 2x10 group set installed this Friday! I’m super amped!

So, the housing that comes with the Sword brifter set seem to be compressionless. Usually this is quite the upgrade. Am I correct on this? The brake cable when compared to Jagwire is identical when viewed from the cut end so it got me wondering...thanks for your quality offerings at reasonable price points. This is what the cycling industry needs more of imo. 👍✌️

I must have this. I'm looking to upgrade my Marin Gestalt gravel bike. It already has the older MicroShift shifter. I just need to upgrade my BB from a square taper

Are there plans for flat bar SWORD shifters? I would imagine it's possible to mix and match from the advent (left shifter for 2x) and (right shifter to make use of 10 speed cassette) advent x range but then you'd have mixed parts and a redundant right shifter
EDIT: Seems the 2x left shifter comes as a by itself so ignore comment about redundant right shifter. Regardless, it's an xpress style shifter which would not match with the quick trigger style.
We may come out with a dedicated flat bar 2x option at some point, but for right now we're focused on drop bar.

Where can I buy the original rubber nozzles for these switches? Unfortunately, the relatives are stretched out and constantly moving out, especially from the side where the speed switch is.

We will almost certainly never do that, but it sounds cool though!
Are the shifters completely compatible with AdventX shifters? Meaning, I don't have to buy a new derailleur.
The cable pull is the same, so yes. The only problem is that Advent X rear derailleurs don't have a barrel adjuster so you would need to run an inline barrel adjuster to be able to adjust cable tension and dial in the shifting. Advent X flat bar shifters have a barrel adjuster but drop bar shifters don't.
I have reached out to several people about the release of your 2x10 groupset to no avail. Any info on this? Your website has it listed but not the entire set. I can buy bits and pieces. I'd love to know (many, many people would love to know) when it's available.
Sorry for the late reply! Sword has been much more popular than our distributors predicted, so most everyone is stocked out. We're fulfilling reorders as we speak, I hope availability is better by summertime. I'm just as concerned about it as you are.
I bought the 1x10 shifters from a local LBS and there were no cables included. Trying to use cables from a previous install has proven to be very frustrating.. New cables may have made me think more of MS at this point..
The shifters come with brake and shift cables, so it sounds like something was lost in translation between you and your LBS.

We don't publish prices on our website. There's a Bikeradar article that lists all the MSRPs. Depending on which components you choose, the group MSRP is ~$400-475 USD including crankset.
