These are likely the same people who wanted Pochettino sacked earlier this season.
When Chelsea won the league under Conte, Poch and Spurs were our main competitor. They were absolutely terrific and played better football than us.
Look at the team he had: All players he groom when they were nobody safe from Eriksen and a few other buys.
The key about him is that he really improves the collective team year after year. I was really looking forward to next season under him.
So all a manager needs to do to have a good reputation is win the last 5 games of the season then quit. If Glasner left now any club in the world would take him
Im a chelsea fan wasn't fully on board with poch but was starting to look like something should have given him next season and more control of the squad i dont even think pep would have done much better he was given basically a whole new squad of kids it was never going to be title winners.
Poch had a free ride with the media! I feel sorry for TenHagg being unfairly since day one.
Great callers 😊
Sir Jordanite = Top LAD Proper Clobber 💯 Facts
Straight facts on this Wednesday evening 💯🤝
@@MW92. Elite Jordanite OG MW = Top LAD Proper Clobber 💯 Facts
Let’s suggest Southgate to Chelsea seeing as TS loves him so much!! Or is that slander only reserved for United?
Jordan takes the side of owners by default due to his and their shared experiences. The fact is there are plenty of executive directors in the private sector who've made erroneous and costly decisions that have led to dire consequences for the company's profits, performance and people. These lot don't know anything about the game and the club is going to pay for it dearly
They want a yes man that plays the players and style of football that they want.
Don't all owners want the manager to use the players they sign while playing a certain style?
@@adamjames8419 so you think that their owners tell Arteta, Pep, Klopp, Jose or TT how to organize their training, how to tactically setup their team for a given match and who gets to play on a per match basis? Theres a difference between a vision for the club and being a micromanager. Leaks coming out of the club are using terms like total yes man and even muppet as what the club are looking for in a next manager. Someone who has a clear plan and knows exactly what they are doing would not be hiring the 5th manager for the club in 2 years and embarking on their 3rd complete estart in that same time.
@@bryanmiller6110 I think that if a manager has a philosophy that isn't aligned with the owners or fans, yeah, it can result in sacking. If a top team like Man City or Liverpool had a coach playing route 1 defensive football for example, he wouldn't last long would he? A major facet of a manager is style of play and philosophy.
As for them telling him how to coach training or picking the team and system game to game for him: those things seem extreme. I don't get why they'd want to hire a 'muppet' either.... Wanting to hire someone who doesn't know how to do their job isn't a strategy.
But I don't think any of those things are the reason. It seems to me that the most likely causes of this are probably the ownership having unreasonable expectations and Poch wanting more control over transfer policy, which seems to be a set in stone stategy.. I've heard rumours about the sale of home grown players (for FFP reasons) being a big issue and I could also see that being true. But again, it's just speculation. I could be wrong but none of us know.
Poch never wins anything and never keeps a job!
Well he has done
And before you say well it is a farmers league he was in, you clearly state Poch never wins anything so factually he has done
Next stop Man Utd :)
They want a yes man? Southgate incoming
Whats ther to feel sorry for ?
KING KAI 5 - 0 ARSENAL VS CHELSEA FIRED POCHETTINO IN WEST LONDON.
That 5 - 0 lost to ARSENAL is the main reason POCHETTINO got fired by CHELSEA management.
Sorry ooo, all Chelsea fans, stay on watch along for your new to be name rookie coach according to your owners.
Reply
Do not listen to chelsea fans they are lost right now because the same people who wanted him out now is crying.
Chelsea tears taste so good!
In English please Simon not Dictionary language.
I wish the owners at Arsenal were more ruthless with Arteta 5 years of failure are not good enough
I speak for everyone when I say we're enjoying this Chelski clown show 😂🤡
