As a Chelsea fan, yeah I've been unhappy for most of them beginning. We won more than we drew or lost, but we lost important games. But injuries contributed to that, as well as inexperience. Jackson and mudryk for example can't finish, but they've improved. Nkunku and Reece James, Enzo, Fofana, Chilwell, and so many more players out injured. We got most players back, and we started winning. I think it would've right for him to at least see out his contract, but I imagine Boehly has been playing FIFA career mode, and decided that we should've been competing for a quadruple this season, and probably next season too.

Reasons why Poch should have been kept:
    - Good run at the end of the season
    - Team is playing with Confidence and finally finishing chances
    - Fans have been warming up to Poch
    - Football played was good to watch
    - Players believed in Poch, the posts spoke volumes
    - Went from 12th to 6th and guaranteed some European football despite having the most injuries in the league
Reason why Poch should be sacked:
    - Boehly's Ego
    - Boehly wants us to be mid table team
    - Boehly wants money, not titles

I am Chelsea fan and at times during the season I question many times whether Pochettino was the right man as one week we looked good and the next would be bad. There where times I would of been open for Pochettino to go but based on the way the team was playing towards the end it is just pure madness to have sacked him. It is so frustrating as finally when Chelsea started to actually show real understanding and togetherness on the pitch they let the manager go.
It is a huge opportunity and risk for any manager who takes the Chelsea job and I just hope its not De Zebri from Brighton as it would be a huge downgrade. The most realistic one in my opinion is Ruben Amorim but Sporting paid a big fee to Braga to get him as their manager and If Chelsea would have to do the same I don't think Chelsea would be up for doing that.

However, this current owner seems clueless about what he's doing. Back when roman was in charge, there were top managers that had the win now mentality, which was on par with the owner, Bohley approach is different with kids, but dont want to go through the process of development . As a Chelsea fan i just wish, whoever they approach next start saying no, cos this isn't the place to come if you wanna develop your managerial career. it never has been but these lot might just be more erratic than Roman Abramovich, with Roman he's sack you and replace you with better. These lot have gone from Tuchel > Lampard > Potter > Pochettinho to now scouting managers from the Championship.
Also, can we all stop blaming Todd Boehly, this is Behdad Eghbali's decision, Todd owns 10% of the club much less than the 60% that Behdad Eghbali's group owns.
these lot actually annoy me, they shouldve just bought Man United like they wanted to do before Chelsea was sanctioned.

This may well be the stupidest thing Chelsea have done in a great long while. Yes, the Blues finished 6th and that's not what Chelsea or their fans think is adequate, and yes, the first half of the season was pretty dismal, but the form they were in at the end of the season was probably worthy of 4th place or higher. The general tendency to sack managers about every other season is, in my view, the single biggest bad thing about the EPL. I don't know what was happening in the meeting rooms with the owners of Chelsea, but sacking Poch now is stupid on steroids!

Managers are NOT SUPPOSED to be ‘yes men.’ Otherwise, guess what? They can’t manage because they are being managed by someone else. The whole thing is a joke.
The owners at this football club are making big mistakes and I cannot see how they know anything about football at the highest level. You get a good manager and guess what? They know a lot about football and they know wonderful amounts about the game. And then you have the right to think that you, as owners, know better.
I am a Chelsea fan, and believe me now, this is a sad and hopeless situation. Sure, a manager can sometimes need help in who to recruit in terms of players but they should never be told and instructed like this. It makes it even worse that they want to sell Gallagher and Chalobah?? They are our youth, they are the players that have a very special connection to the club and you want to take that away from them. The fans had a huge banner of Gallagher in the stadium the other day. Because we love Gallagher and he puts in 110 percent on the pitch.
These are disgusting, money grabbing fools that have not and will not do well for our club. It will be a miserable few years because of who sits at the top of the hierarchy.

The most remarkable part is the notion that Manchester United are in a better position than Chelsea when they have a number of over 30 year old players on the wages that no other club would even consider paying them half of what they’re on. They are a billion pounds in debt and have the owners who have drained the club. Compared to the Chelsea team that is currently purchasing the most elite youth players in the world they have the youngest team in the league with a group of top quality players who can only get stronger. One team has improved dramatically in comparison to last season and the other has gone backwards in all areas of the game.
