Why wouldnt any manager take the Chelsea job or the Watford job. You sign a 3-4 year contract, regardless of whether you do well or bad you get sacked & compensated. Easy money

Not shared by me. I have big respect for what Alan Pardew did at West Ham. One promotion, 2 playoff finals, an FA Cup final and European qualification. The Icelandic owners treated him and our club shabbily.
