not easy making iridescence in a dial not cheesy. it works for me
I agree with you 100% love it! Enthusiasts complain that there isn't enough new design, too much vintage inspired. This is an answer to all that. The angular design of bracelet and case is a specific style of futuristic that a lot of people can appreciate. Anybody who grew up from the seventies on gets this look. If your taste in watches leans toward traditional, classic design then this isn't it. So not for everyone. It's common to get a discount on Oris at your local AD so that helps with the price.

Oris is so awesome. This watch is sweet too, tried it on when I bought my Big Crown pointer date, and can’t stop thinking about it. Might be the next buy.
Is any part of the case grade 5 titanium? Maybe the bezel? Can't seem to find any info on it.

I love that they made it. The ProPilot X is a beautiful watch, but it would need some minor tweaks for me to actually buy it.

@@wristenthusiast Titanium is popular, but I would prefer it in stainless steel. I think the Propilot X is too prone to scratching in this grade of titanium. The dial should have been fitted with applied markers to give it some depth, in my opinion. The first links in the bracelet, the two that are connected directly to the case - I can't explain it well with words, but I'd tweak the shape somewhat. I like the buckle idea, but it should be the same (or similar) width as the bracelet.
I would buy it maybe for 1500 or 2000 usd but never for 5000
