Jackie!! I downloaded your scripts and practiced them for like 30min. Then I called a FSBO and I applied what you say "do not hang up the phone" and it works!!!. The seller wilk keep selling it by her self but she allowed me to keep intouch with her!! Thus is amazing. I am pulling the trigger based on your scripts and it works!!!.

What I don't understand is how can you net more money on an overpriced house because most FSBOs are overpriced

Just because an FSBO is for sale doesn’t mean they won’t get haggle for the price and doesn’t mean they will be get full price offers and won’t have to give up any concessions. You have to know the art of negotiation

I focused before a lot on FSBOs and Fl has more FSBOs than several states combined. When the market shifted, they got called in my area more than expireds.
