I love listening to your videos Jackie and I’m learning a lot from them. This video is a little misleading though, because she’s not a new agent. A bit of a click bait. This was good though!✌🏾♥️

@@joyfulrealtor I did my fact checking and she has been in Real Estate from at least 2019. This video might be old , because remember she said something about COVID!!! But she is not brand new to Real Estate, if the video is recent. Go do a google search and you'll see.
Now I want to negotiate 6% and take 3.5 for me and give the buyer agent 2.5 like her I’ll make way more money!
and as a seller I do not want to pay 6% !!!!!
