I’ve been in real estate for a while but never made phone calls: I live on repeat business, referrals from my clients, I ask for business to anyone I encounter.
This year I want to get out my comfort zone: I went back to CrossFit, declared this a no shopping year (clothes and stuff), and just got Espresso Agent! Wish me luck with those phone calls!
Where do you get phone numbers to call? I can’t find on MLS any expired listing numbers etc

If we need 3000 numbers and at least 500 numbers a day to call, once we have dialed all 3000 numbers within 6 days, do we just expand the same area or move on to a different area and just keep the previous people in our database?
I tired Vulcan 7 and most of the numbers were wrong for the contacts they provided.

Calling or door knocking produce much better results.
Neither Espresso Agent or Vulcan 7 exist in my area. I’m in Montreal, Canada - can you please recommend me a dialer that works here, with similar features!?
I'm not aware of any, ask your broker. A dialer is not required. You can use Kijiji for contact information.
