Actually, Jackie, the seller can fire us thank God it has not happened to me yet and I do everything in my power to prevent it.
but I’ve heard agents that said the seller fire them for whatever reason so we have to keep that in mind as well. As long as we are hard-working transparent professionals honest realtors will be OK. 🙏🤩

You say to get on the phone and prospect, I understand that, and you say to become a listing agent I get that also, but as a new agent where are all the 'seller' lead phone numbers coming from. Yes call the start list of our sphere but you state to call all these potential listing leads. Just curious is all
