I had a surprise. Took the top off the bottle and inserted....need I say more. Instructions need to be clearer and also instruction on which side of the pad faces the floor. Had to research. Right now totally frustrated. I'm sure when I do it right there will be no more problems. Crossing my fingers as things usually come in threes🤪😀 Julie
that would have been helpful if you mentioned the cardboard that looked like part of the mop needed to be removed

No, the Wetjet itself pokes it when you place the container in?
To late i poled my lid.. the bottle it came with wont lock into place so i assumed i puncture it dammit smh
I made the same mistake. It was bc the white cardboard was in the way, make sure to jam it in 😅
