- Learn how to use and assemble Swiffer WetJet Wood with these easy steps. First, align the notches and slide the poles together to secure into place. Next, slide open the battery compartment and insert the batteries. Remove the cardboard insert and align the arrow on the cleaning solution bottle with the pole. Push down until the cleaning solution bottle clicks into place. Attach a mopping pad to the mop head, brown side down. There is no need to remove anything from the mopping pad.

When you are done mopping, do you just leave the cleaner in the mop for the next time you mop? Or are you supposed to remove it between cleaning sessions?

What is the difference between the Swiffer for wood and the regular Swiffer Wet Jet? I was in the store comparing the 2 for 20 minutes and didn’t understand what the difference was other than the Swiffer for wood coated a little more and needed 4 batteries while the original Swiffer needed just 2. Since I have Pergo, laminate wood throughout my house, I went with the “Wood” version. Neither version, Swiffer Wet Jet or Swiffer Wood, mentioned laminate flooring on the packaging. Is this just a way for them to make money on a new brand that’s really the same as the original? I’m not understanding the point.
You should add a bendable piece of the sweeper duster so that it can bend you you don’t have to band down to get under couches
Ha, thanks. Didn't realize there was a different handle/system I had to buy. Was trying to use these pads on a regular wet jet, and was trying to remove everything to figure out where the wet was, ha! Guess I these weren't what I needed

No you don’t. Mine had no instructions. To clean less than 200 feet of hardwoods it took two pads they do not tell you how to put the pad on, up or down? This video does tell you. The pads look like the strips should be pulled off to reveal a sticky surface. No. Not. The box does not tell you how to insert the cleaner. It will take several tries. There were some instructions on the container but they are too small to read WITH my glasses on. This is far too expensive to be so iffy. I did my floor and tonight as I look at it, it is cloudy looking. Wish I had my money back on this one.
I recently purchased the Swiffer Wood and I am not able to install the wood floor cleaner. The bottle does not look like the one in the video.
I was able to install the bottle that came in the box, but not the actual wood cleaner. Any suggestions?
I couldn't get the solution bottle to snap in. I lined it up just like in the video and it won't click in all the way. Do I need to take the white cap off or something? I pushed as hard as I could and nothing happened.

Hi swiffer! I have mostly hardwood floors in my home but I have some ceramic tile in my bathroom can I use it on ceramic tile or just wood do I have to buy the regular swiffer wet jet for my ceramic tile?

Is it just me or is it a little hard to push? In the video it seems to just slide over the floor so easily without much effort but mine takes a bit of strength to push .
You need to remove the Cardboard insert.
