- HI guys!!!! Happy Holidays to you and your family. I hope you Guys are well. I know I have been gone for quiet sometime but I am back and today I bring you My recipe for sponge cake. Hope you enjoy!
Ingredients
4 sticks unsalted butter ( room temp )
4 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp white rum
zest of an orange
zest of a lemon

You did not mention the baking temperature you used and time.
How much milk please? Also when did you add the oil?
1/4 cup of milk . Any oil would be added after the eggs are well beaten
