In todays video we look at the basic painting method vs slapchop technique. I paint two Grey Knight models and see how these compare. April Fools by the way.
Wow! The results were utterly indistinguishable! Well done on developing this time-saving method! To think of all those hours I wasted watching other tutorials and painting using clearly INFERIOR techniques! But now... NOW, I have the ORIGINAL SLAP CHOP METHOD at my disposal! Hooray! Quick question, is giving the model "the bird" (extending one's middle finger) a necessary part of the slap-chop method? If I'm in a hurry, could I save time by skipping that step, or perhaps spit on the model instead?
I'm glad I could impart a fraction of my vast library of Alexandria like knowledge to you, humble viewer, for you are now burdened with great painting purpose. As for the bird method, it is very important that the model knows its place in this cold uncaring universe and has no delusions of superiority over you. This step can be substituted for any obscene or degrading gesture that you feel is appropriate to achieve that end. Happy painting!
Honestly, time saved vs quality it looks like you could have a whole set done by the time finish one model!
Absolute game changer!
Awesome tutorial!! Though, I was hoping for other version..... 🤣
Bravo 👏
