CZcams VIDEO SUGGESTION: Neil I absolutely love your videos! I bought an l2501 and was wondering if you could show me how to tie down the tractor with a FEL and a backhoe on a trailer to transport it. I have never done it or used binders. Anyway to add what chain, binders or straps I should get? My flatbed is big enough and built for hauling it. Thanks for considering it Don

Ironcraft has done a great job where they are sold by random folks locally. I just bought a 6' heavy duty box blade that was way better quality than other options and made in the USA and cost $1300.

I just bought my first 3 point, a post hole drill from Tractor supply near me. It was 20%off Memorial sale. The gear box has a date of 4/20. The stickers are peeling and looks like it has been sitting there that long!

Nothing wrong with some made-in-India tillers. I have one manufactured by Field King and it's stout...stronger than a 25 HP tractor can put out.

Wish I were on that side of the country :(. A flail mower would be great....wish I would have bought one when I bought my tractor so I could have financed it into the tractor purchase. The flail mowers from Kubota are ridiculously over-priced at about 4x the price of other brands.

Another suggestion , B2601 mid mower height adjustment won't hold position , 1 1/2 seasons was told to replace the adjustment cam and lever ,any tips or tricks , was told it was a poor design and problematic by a dealer and they would like the ride on ground deck to come back. Mine will change height with the engine vibration at certain positions thanks for the great videos

Are these Tillers similar to the Cherokee line you previously carried? Maybe even manufactured by the same overseas company? I have a tiller my Step father purchased somewhere in the last 10 years which has only been used for around a half hour in time each spring season over the time frame he has owned it and it's needing several seals. I'm suspecting that perhaps its a cheaper made model as you suggested with not as good quality material for the seals since it seems to be failing prematurely IMO.

Ive tried to buy a rotary mower from a specific messicks location for 3 weeks. I feel like when you call a specific store, you would expect that to be the location you pick up your implement. Not the case. Then you'd think one should be told this is going to be at such and such store is this ok? Not the case. Then you go there in person. See what you want. Put your boot on it, call the store and are told we dont sell that go to this store. My boots on it you tell them, then have an angry gentleman ask whats the item number, is it ready to go now or need to run through the shop. I answer his aggravated toned questions. Ok. We will get it ready. 7+ days later, crickets.
I like messicks. I like how involved they are in the community. I like looking at the equipment they have in stock. We had an easy time buying our new tractor there. I just want that same easy feel good process. No one wants to have a negative outlook on a business they rely on and spend money at. Hope something improves.
As always i enjoyed this video. Look forward to the next.

A fellow in Ogdensburg rented a vacant store front and accepted deliveries at it for Canadians who couldn't get free deliveries to canada. They would use his address, get the free shipping to his storefront, and then drive over to pick up their items. The guy charged about $10 for the service and everyone was happy.

My comment had nothing to do with this video. Years ago, new holland/kubota dealer had 5 orange tractors and 100 blue tractors. Fast forward 20 years, the same dealer has 150 orange tractors and 10 blue ones ( maybe 10 ). My comment is what happened ? Your dealership seems to be the same. Messick’s use to sell a ton of blue and now it seems you sell a ton of orange. So, why did things reverse for my dealer and you guys also?

Our role is to stock what people are buying. We're not in the business of shoving a particular model down someone's throat, the market dictates what is on our lot.

He said in the video. Indian. Which is good and bad. I've been to India, I've seen how they treat their equipment. If it can stand up to that, it's probably pretty stout. Flipside, parts availability, as Neil said. But as he also said, if you're putting the tiller in the ground twice a year, then probably not going to break. If you're using it day in day out in your business, then buy a better brand.
