In this case study video, I wanted to share an interesting case study about treating a bacterial pathogen naturally and quickly. This patient came to the clinic with symptoms like loose, watery bowel movements, bloating, and indigestion after meals. We suspected fat malabsorption and possible SIBO.
To get a better understanding of the issue, we recommended a breath test and a functional stool test called the complete microbiome mapping test. These tests can save time and money while helping patients recover faster.
The stool test revealed the presence of a significant bacterial pathogen called campylobacter, which required a targeted approach. We started a short, high-dose herbal protocol to eliminate the pathogen and recommended some herbs like berberine, garlic extract, oregano oil, and myrrh.
After four weeks, the patient's symptoms had significantly improved, and a follow-up test confirmed the eradication of the pathogen. We then focused on supporting the gut lining and rebalancing the microbiome with a maintenance plan.
Testing for the eradication of pathogens is crucial even if symptoms improve, as it ensures long-term success in resolving issues.

Hey Byron! I stumbled across your content today as I am currently suffering from 5 years of Recurrent UTIs. I've seen a naturopath and she's recommended I go on a candida cleanse diet and such because I have sugar cravings all the time! Plus some of my culture results have come back with 'heavy candida overgrowth' in my intimate area.
I was wondering if perhaps you could help me?

How can oregano oil be taken? It's too potent to just directly take.
I mix 3 drops with water.

@@user-im1yq3by5z put the drops of oregano oil in the olive oil and mix, you can add to water or take it like that then drink some water, it will be a little bit spicy so make sure you wash it all down with liquids
@saffronsl interesting, thanks! What are the benefits to mixing with olive oil instead of just with water? I guess the olive oil binds to it and allows deeper absorption into the body? Perhaps through the lymph? Or is it simply a carrier oil so it doesn't allow the oregano to burn the mucosa?
