Ingenuity is the motherhood of inventions. Well done.
Makes me nostalgic for the No.4 Warner-Swasey turret lathe I used to operate.
All for the love of making it better. For what these bikes cost, we all think they should already come perfect. Kevin delivers what harley did not.
That bushing was so cool and spicy hot at the end. LOL
A true master at work !
i have watched your vids from the beginning and wondered when you are coming out with your own engine. you certainly have the knowledge, talent and know-how.I've seen your engine work, and it's flawless, keep em coming.
Great video Kevin, simple yet effective engineering solution, can't wait for more
Kevin, you are a true master! Thanks for all of the great videos, I don’t know how you find the time unless you have some damn excellent employee’s around you!!
Very cool little trick. Makes me miss working on Lathe’s and machining love to get back into machining
Great work Kevin 👍🏻🇦🇺
Cool I can hardly wait to see mine on my engine!!!
there is nothing you haven't thought of! always enjoy the process
i really enjoy watching your video-s
that was cool!!!
Great idea, better clearance with the small bolt. FWIW, when I make bushings I do my OD first, the extra material just helps rigidity and makes it easier to get a good surface finish. Since drilling pressure is straight in, there is no disadvantage to drilling last.
If money were no issue, i'd love to have this shop build out my Superglide C.
I’m really looking forward to getting a handfull of that throttle and feeling the results of expertise, experience and precision in every ride. I can’t wait to show this bad boy off at Laconia. Stretch my arms and make me smile! 😎
That is overkill Kevin! JB Weld is all you need. 🤣
Have a great weekend! 🍻
How’s it possible you’ve only have 42 k subs???
Hey that case looks familiar! 😎
Matt did you get your bike back??
How’s it possible you’ve only got 42k subs???
👍
Great work Kevin. Seems all the little things you do to improve the quality of your builds make all the difference. 👍👍
Come on Kevin, leave this newer stuff for the other guys in the shop, I need some more Shovel head videos.
What material on that nifty lil thing?
Bikes?
do you have to do. These
Does ARP make that bolt in a ss 12pt?
Steve I ask Kevin the same thing because he is making me a Skunk engine and I have converted all of the bolts on my bike to 12 point polished stainless steel from Diamond Engineering in Florida. Kevin said he could not find that bolt in Stainless steel so I will have one different bolt in my engine. But it will be worth it!!!
@@richardboggs260 What is the value in converting all to 12 pt SS other thank looks??? Is there an advantage for this change???
I would like for you to build me a 124 twin cam
Very innovative, but do yourself a favor and get a damn digital read out.
