Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Here is an easy, quick, and delicious recipe for all my garlic lovers out there. What goes together better than shrimp garlic and lemon! This is one recipe you are not going to want to miss out on!

Lemon Garlic Shrimp
1 lb. medium size shrimp
1 cup diced yellow onion
½ cup diced green bell pepper
5 cloves of garlic thinly sliced
2 tsp Cajun or creole seasoning
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp fresh thyme
¼ cup chopped green onion
¼ cup fresh chopped parsley
The zest of one lemon
The juice of one lemon
1 lb spaghetti
About 1 cup of cold water mixed with 1 Tbsp. of cornstarch
2 cups chicken stock
