Roast Beef Po'Boy

Roast Beef Po'Boy is a delicious sandwich you just can't pass up. Give this recipe a try and you will never look at a roast beef sandwich the same again.

2 tsp Cajun or Creole seasoning
1/2 cup of diced onion
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
1 1/2 cups sliced mushroom
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp fresh chopped thyme
1 tsp fresh chopped oregano
2 cups beef stock
1 tsp salt
2 tsp minced garlic
1 lb. roast beef
